Refund Policy (Simple Version)

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 60 days from the delivery date to try the product and decide if it’s right for you.

Return Guidelines

All items can be returned within 60 days of receiving your order
Unopened items are eligible for a full refund (excluding shipping fees)
To request a refund, you must send back all items you received to our warehouse

Please note that return shipping costs are not covered. As long as you send the package before the 60-day period ends, your return will still be accepted even if it arrives later.

Once we receive your return, your refund will be processed within a few days.

Important Conditions

Items must be in good physical condition (not broken or damaged)
All original accessories must be included

In some cases, only partial refunds may be given, such as:

Opened or used media products (books, CDs, DVDs, etc.)
Items that are damaged or missing parts.
Returns sent after the 60-day period

Refund Process

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within a few days.

If your card has changed or expired, your bank will still transfer the refund to your new card.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please email us for instructions. Exchanges are only accepted within 60 days of delivery.
